Q. Can I have meals at my room?
A. We are afraid that we cannot accommodate your request. Since we serve dinner and breakfast as buffet-style, please kindly come to our buffet restaurant Asaya Garden if your reservation is meal inclusive plan.
Q. What time will dinner and breakfast start?
A. Basically, Dinner will start from 18:00. We will let you know the confirmed time for it when you check-in. Breakfast will be served from 7:00 to 9:00 am. *If you arrive the hotel late, we might not be able to serve dinner. For more details, please contact us via phone call.
Q. I have a food allergy. Can you change the menu?
A. We display the food allergen information for each menu regarding those 7 ingredients wheat, egg, milk, soba(buckwheat), shrimp, crab, and peanut. If you have other types of allergy, please inform us at the time of booking using the special request box. We will try our best to accommodate your request.
Q. My child eats very little, so he does not need dinner and breakfast. Can you give us a discount?
A. We cannot give a discount for that situation. He will be charged regular child rate (70% of Adult rate) even though he does not need meals.
